Return Policy
Standard Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with your purchase, you may return your regular priced or happy price item(s) to Gather for a store credit, provided it is unused, all tags are still in place and it is in saleable condition.
All sales are final on sale things.
We do not refund or exchange or issue store credits for the following .. used or damaged items, items missing packaging or tags, items marked as sale or marked down items, seasonal items (ie. Christmas) or food or perishable items, earrings and bath & body products.
Items purchased from the webstore being returned and exchanged at our physical store must be done within 30 days from the date of order for an exchange or store credit and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that all shipping fees are not refundable.
If you are the receiver of a gift purchased from Gather, the item must be returned with an accompanying gift receipt and a store credit will be provided to use on another Gather purchase.
All items purchased from the webstore requesting return by mail, must be returned within 30 days from the date of order for an exchange or store credit. Returns past our time guidelines are at the discretion of the management, and need to be pre-approved prior to shipping. Please note that all shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return can be tracked. Gather is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

As stated above, please return the items to Gather in the same condition they were sent to you. All must be in new/ unused condition, with all tags still in place and in saleable condition. Pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Please include the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt inside the box, with your return. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed your store credit.
We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet out return policy standards.
2025 Extended Holiday Return Policy
All standard return policy guidelines, policies and procedures remain the same for our Holiday returns except for the extended return date range show below ..
For the 2025 holiday season, returnable items purchased between November 1 and December 25, 2025 can be exchanged or returned for a store credit until January 11th, 2025, with tags on, in original condition and with your receipt or gift receipt.
