At this time we have paused shipping to the United States. Sorry for any inconvenience.
International shipping coming soon!

Canadian Orders .. We provide free shipping to all Canadian orders over $129 (before tax). All orders that don't meet the free shipping threshold will be required to pay a flat rate shipping fee of $19.

We ship using UPS and Canada Post regular parcel with tracking.

Delivery times vary from 2-7 business days for most locations.

For Christmas orders we suggest ordering before December 15th for your order to arrive in time for Christmas.

We aim to process online orders in 72 hours. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. All carrier and tracking information will be provided in this email. Please note we mail during regular store hours, Tuesday through Friday.

United States Orders .. We provide free shipping to all the contiguous United States plus the District of Columbia, on orders over $199 (before tax). All orders that don't meet the free shipping threshold will be required to pay a flat rate shipping fee of $29.

Custom and Duties Information:

Due to the ongoing trade and tariff concerns, we want to take the time to clarify our customs policy to our United States customers.

Gather is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

If you wish to cancel your order to avoid possible additional fees, please email shop.thegoodthings@gmail.com and our team will be happy to help. Please note that if the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and you will be in charge of all additional duties

Note: We have no control over shipping delays due to UPS or Canada Post seasonal surges.

**Please note that due to high volumes of orders, some products may be oversold. Refunds will be issued for oversold items. We apologize for any inconveniences, we will do our best to fulfill all orders.**

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the tracking number and link provided for UPS in shipping notification emailed to you from us.

Gather is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.

Gather is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows "delivered" and you have not received it, please reach out to shop.thegoodthings@gmail.com to file a claim with UPS.

In-store Pick-up

We aim to process online orders with in-store pickup option to be ready for pick-up within approximately 24 hours from the time the order is placed. You will receive an email from us to notify you when your order is ready for pick-up at:

Local Porch Delivery (Seasonal)
