Since our sale things have limited quantity, and we have them available in both places, from time to time, some products may be oversold.

We are very sorry when this happens, and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

On the rare occasion when this does happen, and we cannot fulfill your order due to an item being 'oversold', you will be fully refunded for the item.
